The GMAT is another kind of standardized test that
assesses an individual’s aptitude in English and mathematics. This test is used
for admission into MBA programs and can be taken in place of the CAT entrance exam. This test typically
evaluates the verbal, quantitative, writing, reading and analytical skills. It

The GMAT test also

three passages with a total of three to five questions.
The GMAT test can prove to be tough if there are four
passages present in the question paper. You can see this fourth passage in the
last ten to eleven questions.
You get fifteen questions that are based on sentence
correction and grammar; test takers normally find this section tough if phrases
and idioms are introduced. The level of grammar that is evaluated is very
different from what one would normally use, so practice is always recommended.
Next, you have ten questions that revolve around
critical reasoning and logic. These ten questions may then be further divided
into ten questions such as Assumption, Bold face etc., this is usually where things
get tougher. The reading comprehension section of GMAT test takes more time to
complete and this section should be attempted first, followed by the sentence
correction section.
